Template for Texts

Use a text template to apply one or several texts to many products.

Create template for texts

  1. Select Modules->Texts.
  2. Select New Template, Enter name, optionally select the products that shall have the template and click ok. It is possible to apply the template to products later.
  3. Add the text keys(names) with one row for each language.

Apply a text template to products

There are two ways to apply a text template to products. • Apply from the template module. • Apply template from the product.

Apply to products from global template area

  1. Click edit template and select the products that shall have the template.
  2. Click “Apply to products” then ok.

Apply to products from product area

  1. Select product where to apply template. Select texts and +.

  2. Select template that shall be applied and click OK.

  3. Select template and select “Apply template”.

Now the texts are added o the product.
